Mill Lane, Stock, to return it to a sports and leisure ground for the benefit of all parishioners.<br>Villagers and local businesses will receive a leaflet and promissory note form explaining the process by which Stock Parish Council would like the land to be purchased into a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation).<br>The site would be transformed into a sport and leisure facility for all villagers to enjoy for perpetuity.<br>Any surplus funds would be put towards the installation of amenities, including a pavilion for a range of indoor leisure activities and changing facilities.<br>If the required sum of \u00a3500,000 is not reached then all promissory notes will be cancelled and all donations will be refunded in full.<br>Please help Stock Parish Council acquire the former football
