Villagers who use Ingatestone Road should note that Essex Highways will be repairing the road at the junction with Buttsbury on Tuesday 4 February 2025. The works will see two-way signals installed to control traffic travelling in both directions.
Three weeks later, on Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 February, Buttsbury will be closed for Essex Highways to carry out ground investigation work. Traffic will be diverted along Mountnessing Road, Queens Park Avenue, the B1007 and Ingatestone Road.
