Stock Parish Council have received a legal Summons to appear in court on the 28/10/25, the case is brought by K Spiller who  claims that the extension to Stock Common car park is illegal and that the whole area should be returned as part of the common.

Stock Parish Council applied for planning permission to extend Stock Common Car Park from 10 to 15 spaces and to resurface, this was to improve the parking facility for the recreational use of the Common by all, we would ask you therefore to support the undertaking of works to Stock Common Car Park with the intention to improve the use of the Common for recreational use.
