Villagers should note that the B1007/Stock Road will be closed from the junction with Ingatestone Road to the Stock Road Roundabout junction with Potash Road and Queens Park Avenue from 8pm on Tuesday 18 March until 5am on Friday 21 March for Essex County Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing work.
Lengths of Potash Road, Queens Park Avenue and the B1007/Stock Road on the Billericay side of the roundabout will also be closed during the same period.
To travel between Billericay and Stock, motorists will be diverted along Ingatestone Road, Buttsbury, Mountnessing Road and Radford Way, or via Ramsden Heath along Downham Road, Dowsetts Lane, Heath Road and Norsey Road.

Villagers who use Ingatestone Road and Mountnessing Road to travel to Ingatestone or Mountnessing should also note that Buttsbury will be closed between 14-18 April for maintenance works to be carried out by Essex Highways.
Traffic will be diverted along Mountnessing Road, Perry Street, Queens Park Avenue, the B1007 and Ingatestone Road in both directions.
