Court Case Update: K Spiller vs Stock Parish Council (SPC) 

SPC have to report that unfortunately the court hearing for the above has been adjourned. This is very disappointing as we believe we have an extremely strong case in defence and were hoping to have brought this matter to a close. 

We will keep you informed of a new hearing date and the progression of this case. 

In the meantime, may we thank all of you for your support with signing the petition which has added to SPC’s determination to resolve this case.
